HHMC Board of Trustees and Officers
The Board of Trustees consists of 9 members. One-third of the Trustees are elected at each annual meeting of HHMC’s members. Their terms are for 3 years, beginning the following January 1st.
Any HHMC member is eligible to be elected.
Nominations are made by HHMC’s Nominating Committee. Members who are interested in discussing their possible candidacy with the Nominating Committee should contact the Committee Chair.
Nominations may also be made by any HHMC member at a regular meeting of the Board held at least 60 days prior to the annual meeting of HHMC’s members.
