Sequim, Washington is located on the Olympic Peninsula, approximately two hours (by car and car ferry) from Seattle.
Highland Hills is to the south of Sequim. It is bounded on several sides by Sequim and the Sequim Urban Growth Area.
With the exception of a few smaller “grandfathered” lots, the minimum Highland Hills lot size is one acre. At year-end 2009, approximately 217 homes had been built here and approximately 126 lots had not yet been developed.
